FAQs

  • Do I need a lawyer to buy property in Portugal?

If you are abroad, yes. If you are in Portugal, it is not legally required — but it is strongly recommended. A lawyer will carry out due diligence, review contracts, represent you, and ensure proper registration.

  • Can you represent me if I live abroad?

Yes. We provide full legal representation and can manage the entire process on your behalf.

  • Do you charge for the initial consultation?

No. We are available for a short consultation to assess how we can assist and to explain our terms of service. Please note that this does not include substantive legal advice or document review.
